Principal Functions: Maintain clean buildings and grounds; make minor repairs, under the supervision of the maintenance coordinator and business manager.
Maintain a clean, beautiful, and functional facility (sanctuary, parish center, sidewalks, and parking areas.)
Request cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.
Operate heating and cooling equipment according to schedule and instruction.
Open and/or close buildings as scheduled.
Attend scheduled staff meetings
Other duties as assigned
Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church
Be a team player
Good communication skills.
