Principal Functions: Maintain clean buildings and grounds; make minor repairs, under the supervision of the maintenance coordinator and business manager.


  • Maintain a clean, beautiful, and functional facility (sanctuary, parish center, sidewalks, and parking areas.)

  • Request cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.

  • Operate heating and cooling equipment according to schedule and instruction.

  • Open and/or close buildings as scheduled.

  • Attend scheduled staff meetings

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church

  • Be a team player

  • Good communication skills.
