MINISTRY MESSAGES                                                      

****Parish Closure Policy**** When the Aurora Public Schools are closed, Queen of Peace will also be closed.  This closure includes Masses, Adoration, any other liturgical activities, as well as all Religious Education, Emergency Assistance and office activities.  We will post this notice on TV Channels 2,4,7,9,31 & on KOA radio by 6:00 a.m. for a full day closure or when the weather causes us to close early later in the day. Please watch or listen to these channels. We want our parishioners to be safe & avoid travel if weather conditions are not good.

Feb 5 – No classes – Souper Bowl of Caring – Collection Soup Money for Soup. Classes will be assigned times for collections by teachers.
Feb 12 – Classes all ages
Feb 19 – Classes all ages
Feb 26 – Classes all ages
CONFIRMATION CELEBRATION- The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated this year on April 22, 2012 at the
5:00 p.m. Mass.   Please mark your calendars. 
Choir Practice - 7:30 - 8:15 p.m., every Wednesday night in the Great Room.  If you enjoy singing and want to join your voice with ours at the 5:00 p.m. Sunday Mass, please come join us on Wednesdays.

Youth Prayer Group – Wednesday evenings 6:30-7:15pm.
   Join us each week on Wednesday evenings for ABLAZE, a youth prayer group where we can spend time learning, hearing and encountering our Lord and each other.
